Preparing educational cadres of teachers and researchers to provide the community with intellectually qualified professionals who have administrative and leadership skills that contribute to the improvement of society and meet its educational and developmental needs.
Objectives
The department's objectives are derived from those of the Faculty of Education. The department aims to:
1-Familiarize students with the desired positive attitudes towards educational career in the light of new scientific ,technological and administrative development.
2-Enhance students' ability to think critically and creatively, and integrate them into local, regional, and global society.
3-Develop students' scientific research and investigation skills to address educational and life problems.
4-Introduce students to the fundamentals of Islamic education and evoke original educational models in Islamic ideology and modern administration.
5- Expand students' intellectual prospects by linking them to advanced societal and global intellectual issues.
6-Prepare highly skilled professionals in the field of educational administration who can flourish at their areas of specialty.
7-Understand the reality of the educational process and improve it through conducting scientific studies and research in the educational and administrative domains.
8-Create strong relationships with educational and research institutions locally, regionally, and internationally, and offering studies and consultations about administrative issues , economics, and educational quality.
