The tremendous global scientific transformation into the information technology sector with a huge, unprecedented and more effective digital movement in all walks of life, has made the development of the information technology sector of interest and one of the basics that support development. As a result, Al-Aqsa University made the decision to create the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology as one of the university's faculties to be keen to develop and update educational curricula to keep pace with global developments in the field of information technology and the mechanisms of the era of globalization so that we are able to face the challenges of the day and possess the knowledge and tools necessary to have distinguished graduates.
It is a privilege, an honor, and a source of great pride for me to serve as dean of this faculty, which continues to grow every year as a result of the successful efforts put forth over the previous few years by a superb group of deans of department and academic members of the faculty.
My dear students, you have a difficult path ahead of you, and every one of you must carry out his or her responsibilities with determination, honesty and confidence. You have conscious minds, lofty principles, and the opportunities provided by science are numerous and wide, but you must be equipped with more shades of knowledge and culture because you deserve success and excellence.
