Al-Aqsa University Journal is an international semi-annual peer-reviewed scientific journal issued in January and June by the Deanship of Scientific Research at Al-Aqsa University, Palestine. The first four volumes had been issued under the name of The College of Education Journal. Then the name changed to Al-Aqsa University Journal in the fifth volume in 2001. It included research in humanities, natural and applied sciences.
By the time the eighth volume had been issued in 2004, the Journal had been divided into Humanities, Natural and Applied Sciences. The international standard number for Humanities is (ISSN: 2070-3147) and for Natural and Applied Sciences is (ISSN: 2070-3155). In 2018, the Journal of al-Aqsa University. Journal of Educational and Psychological Sciences, was launched
