Al-Aqsa University, in cooperation with Al-Quds Open University and other Palestinian and international universities, wins a partnership in a project entitled “Enhancing Early Childhood Education and Care in Palestine (Care)” in the 2020 cycle of Erasmus + program for the development of higher education which is supported by the European Union.
The activities of this project will be implemented over a period of three years, from 1st October 2020 to 31 September 2023.
The project aims at enhancing the quality insurance of providing qualified and sustainable development services in early childhood. The effectiveness of such a project will take place through the commitment of the government and building the capacities of the Palestinian university students and graduates in terms of child education and teaching competencies to be qualified enough in order to work in the field of child education.
In turn, Dr. Nabil Al-Aila, Dean of International Relations Affairs, emphasized the importance of this achievement and participation in such projects. He indicated “they are the creative force of improving the quality of higher education and linking it to the labor market and community. In addition, this project is an authentic opportunity for universities to provide their graduates with new skills and competencies through the development of new and innovative educational programs.
It is worth noting that Al-Aqsa University previously won partnerships in two projects they are (BIT-PAL) an (TAP) which were managed by the University College of Applied Sciences and An-Najah University.
