The ultimate goal of the unit is to scientifically formulate the developmental projects of the university, assiduously affording financial support for them, providing the University Administration with the information about the projects, helping in their marketing as well as monitoring the implementation.

Tasks and Duties:

-Identifying the university ultimate needs and priorities of projects compliably coping with the objectives of the university.

- Coordinating the preparation of the strategic and developmental plans at the university level.

- Coordinating among the projects donors and the University Administration.

- Taking part in marketing the university projects' to the donors ; whether they are Arab or foreigners.

- Attending the meetings of the committees related to the unit.

- Developing the University Manual of the Developmental Projects, and monitoring its ongoing updates.

- Preparing monthly and annual reports regarding the progress of work at the unit as well as the projects end reports.

- Performing whatever authorized to properly.
