-Contribute to the development of the strategic plan of the university and monitoring its follow-up application.

-Prepar projects for developing the infrastructure and constructions ofthe university and apply them to donors.

- Capacity building of the human cadre of academics and administrates,by organizing sufficient training courses.

- Follow -up scholarships provided by local and foreign institutions.

- Conduct developmental studies for the circles and programs of the university.

- Enhanc coordination and cooperation in the field of development and training with the local, Arab and foreign universities.
