Al Aqsa University Holds A Symposium in the Presence of the Nuclear Physics Professor, Kate Show
In the presence of Mrs. Kate Show , a professor in the Nuclear Physics and a lecturer at Sheffield University - Britain , Al Aqsa University organized a symposium called The Particle Physics in the giant accelerated Nuclear throughout the Project of Atlas. Dr. Neamat Alwan ,Vice President for Cultural Affairs and Public Relations, Professor Ali Al Astal , as well as Dr. Suleiman Baraka, UNESCO Chair holder, in addition to a number of academic staff members along with Science Faculty students .
At the start , Dr. Alwan welcomed the attendees and confirmed on the importance of Technology and Physical Sciences for the University students that attributed to the significant role they play in the prosperity of the international and local communities , specially in terms of the peaceful side from which humanity can benefit. He pointed out that exchanging skills and experiences in all scientific fields is important factor calling students for benefiting from specialists of high quality competency .
For his part , professor Al Astal pointed out that Science Faculty works hard for meeting the students needs of scientific data asserting that the faculty do its best to provide its students with all scientific requirements needed .
The general conception of Nuclear Physics and its peaceful and natural uses has been reviewed by Dr. Kate . She said that the Nuclear Physics became a necessity for the advanced world , as it is considered to be one of the big bases of building future ; this importance goes back to what it can offer of sound possibilities and easy means of controlling the Potential Energy . She also expressed her gratitude to the Administration of the University for its contribution to the success of the meeting wishing for students to be persistent and interested in sciences of Space , Nature and Scientific Particles.
