Mohammed A. Awadallah
Mohammed A. Awadallah is an Associate Professor of artificial intelligence, in the department of computer & information sciences at Al-Aqsa University, Gaza, Palestine. He was a dean of the faculty of computers and information sciences at Al-Aqsa University from July 2018 to November 2021. In addition, he was appointed as an adjunct research associate (ARA) at Artificial Intelligence Research Center (AIRC) at Ajman University, the United Arab Emirates in February 2021. He was listed as one of the top 2% of top-cited scientists in the world according to Stanford University indicator in 2022. The main research interest of Dr. Awadallah is in the area of applied computing where many real-world complex problems are being solved using metaheuristic-based optimization methods. He has published more than 80 research papers in international journals and conferences. Furthermore, he serves as a reviewer and editor for numerous conferences and journals of high repute.
