Abd Alsalam M. Al Rayyes

Biography           

ABD EL SALAM EL RAYYES, (DOCTOR OF BUSINESS) From UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA. He began working in the academic field since 2004, at AL- AQSA UNIVERSITY, GAZA- Palestine. In the international project established between AL-AQSA UNIVERSITY AND UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA. It’s an education agreement signed between them. The project named (SPANISH PALESTINIAN INSTITUTE FOR HIGH TRAINING). He worked as lecturer and program coordinator at the project. In 2017, start working at the Faculty of Administration and Finance, AL- AQSA UNIVERSITY, GAZA- Palestine. He realizing early the importance of international academic cooperation between universities, also the importance of improving the education system in Palestine.  The institute helped him to link between the University and its community; he led several courses in management to develop different sectors that needs of implementing new administration system, by acquire new knowledge from universities. He recognized that the Palestinians need a bridge between university and its community in the development process in the administration fields to create a Professional management. He believes the importance of implementation process of an integrated plan based on Professional and modern management as knowledge, creativity and innovation that laid the foundations of academic cooperation between the university and its community. The foundations of modern education are the ensured roads where we should start our new development process.
